Lately I’ve been craving for some savoury Indonesian snacks. Most of the time I would try to just ignore the urge to eat Indonesian snacks. They are very complicated and time consuming to make. Not to mention that it will be gone in 5 minutes after that day-long slaving myself in the kitchen making the snacks. But this time I found the solution to have a quick and easy savoury Indonesian snack. It’s these spring rolls! Not only they are easy to assemble and cook, they are also tasty and fulfilling!
I like mine with fresh birds eye chillies for that extra punch. But if you don’t like hot chilli, you can dip it in sweet chilli sauce instead. Yum!
